Facing the storms of life

Yesterday while at work I was having a conversation with a friend of mine and he shared to me his worries and troubles which really touched me so much. As we conversed, I also happened to share my problems with him and he got shocked because mine were incomparable to his and so we consoled each other.  As we discussed further, another lady joined us and also shared her story with us. Funny enough, hers was so terrible compared to ours. But with the gaze at her angelic and adorable face and style we all couldn't believe that she was going through these at all. She was a bonny and strong belle. Well, I learnt something and got motivated in a certain way with our stories. We just see people waking up every day, walking down the streets, eating at fancy restaurants, having happy and smiling faces, smelling good, cruising posh cars, living in mansions, holding and putting on expensive things but they are going through a lot in their lives. There is pain behind their smile...

ABSURD: A man sues God for interfering in his affairs

The Times of Israel is reporting that one David Shoshan has filed a restraining order against God for being negative towards him. The man was said to have told a court in Haifa on Tuesday, May 3, that God has been very negative towards him over the past three years, and has demanded that He (God) stops interfering in his life. In a response to the case, the court documents proved that since God did not present himself at the hearing, the case was thrown out by the judge. The complainant disclosed that he has tried countless times to obtain the restraining order through the police department, but did not succeed. Ahsan Canaan who presided over the case, threw out Shoshan’s request, calling it absurd and asked the complainant to get help from someone besides local law enforcement. This is really absurd and i wonder why he wasn't tested for drugs or sanity.

Stress: Everyone has their own opinion

I asked a colleague of mine why she does not have facebook posts and she replied me, saying  "it's stressful."  In amazement, i just looked at her and wondered if she was okay. If you ask me a question like that, i will have a long list of answers to give you regarding my sources of stress. You might call her lazy but the truth is that everyone sees stress differently. There could be reasons for her answer; maybe because she has other engagements that keep her busy after our 12hour job that make her see logging into facebook and uploading...
