SHOCKING: Girl without womb, upper vagina and cervix

Image
It all started when she got mature (17yrs old) and yet could not menstruate. Her mother then took her to see the Doctor Who after running some tests, discovered she had no womb, cervix or upper vagina. She was diagnosed with Rokitansky syndrome. It basically means that while in her mother’s womb the embryo did not develop these organs. She has all the outward female private parts, but she does not have the proper inward genitals. Science claims that one in 5000 women get born with underdeveloped or absent womb, cervix and vagina. Here is what Joanna Giannouli herself has to say about it. She has turned 27 by now. “Well, it’s been almost 10 years. I’m still feeling bad about it but I’m not ashamed any more, it’s been way too long. And I’ve realised that I cannot change it, it’s just the way it is, I have ...

PETROL PRICE HIKE: Removal of subsidy by President Buhari

Image
When a new president is elected, the people always expect a better performance than the past one. In my opinion, Jonathan's government was way better than this silly talk about 'change' (APC), which has done nothing but bring the economy of Nigeria to its knees. First, it was about the exchange rate of dollar which hiked to about 400naira from 150naira and got everything about two times expensive. Presently dollar exchanges for 318naira, still this has not made living cheap. Still on the negative 'change' by the ruling party, the government made things worse by making silly decisions that got petrol p...

The month of April: Tragic moments at my workplace

Image
When a new year or month comes, we fondly wish ourselves good tidings and pray for good will but it doesn't usually come as we desire. It is true that everyone loves himself but the saying goes that no man is an island. We all care about our friends and families and that is the reason we extend our love and support to them. The month of April has not been a good month for me because i have to feel the pain and tragedy that was met by two of my colleagues at work. Earlier last week, a colleague of mine lost 3...
