13 yr old marriage dissolved over sex starvation
An Igando Customary Court in Lagos has dissolved a 13-year-old marriage between Mr. Rasak Balogun and a businesswoman, Mrs Oluwabunmi Balogun, over food and sex starvation. The petitioner, Mr. Abiodun Balogun, 51, an accountant, had filed a suit seeking the dissolution of his 13-year-old marriage to Oluwabunmi for sex starvation. Forty-year-old Mrs Balogun had raised an allegation that her estranged husband attempted to rape their teenage housekeeper. She equally notified the court, while responding to a divorce suit filed by her husband, Mr Rasak Balogun, that he was a flirt. However, the husband said: “Whenever we had misunderstanding, my wife would deny me sex and food; and for the past six months now, she had not allowed me to make love to her. “My wife was always accusing me of dating any woman she saw in my car.
